Adrian Udrescu, Partner, Ciucan & Associates
Adrian Udrescu is a Partner with Ciucan & Associates. With an experience of nine year, Adrian is specialized in privatization, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and bankruptcy and reorganization.
Prior to becoming a partner with Ciucan & Associates, Adrian was for almost seven years a legal consultant for the Rompetrol group. In this capacity, Adrian has been involved in a large number of administrative procedures, real estate acquisitions mainly related to the development of the downstream activity (gas stations, depots etc) as well as in the negotiation of a large number of contracts related to the group’s activity. Adrian was part of the team involved in the implementation and supervision of the post-privatization of Petromidia Refinery and Vega Refinery providing legal advice in connection therewith.
Before joining Rompetrol, Adrian was for 1 year an associate with Racoti Predoiu Law Firm, where he was involved in various litigations but also contract negotiation and preparation.
Adrian got his LL.B degree in 1998 from the Law Faculty of the Bucharest University. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
