Mirona Sporea, Partner, Ciucan & Associates Law Firm
Mirona Sporea is a Partner with Ciucan & Associates, being specialized in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and real estate.
Previously to becoming a partner with Ciucan & Associates, Mirona was a senior banking lawyer for Rompetrol group being involved mainly in financing and M&A projects.
Prior to Rompetrol, Mirona worked as senior associate at one of the top Romanian law firms and respectively as associate for another top Romanian law firm, being involved in various projects such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate projects, project financing, investment projects of greenfield or brownfield type being also part of the team engaged to prepare draft mortgage bond and asset-backed securities legislation. Mirona has provided as well counseling services in the public – private partnership (PPP) area and has actively been involved in the preparation and negotiation of various types of contracts and agreements.
Mirona got her LL.B degree in 1999 from the Law Faculty of the Bucharest University. She is fluent in English.
