We are a young Romanian law firm established by experienced lawyers who have been working as a team for more than eight years now.

Having worked as in-house counsels for a major company, we specialized in financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, real estate, privatization and litigation. And we had the experience of being “the client”.

Once we started our own firm, we used that experience to shape our services in the image of what we thought was an ideal law firm. After more than one year of existence, we can say we succeeded. Thinking like the client turned out to be what our clients expected of us too.
