Emilia Ciucan is the Managing Partner with Ciucan & Associates and has a considerable experience of nine years, being specialized in banking and finance, general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, competition, privatization and capital markets.
Prior to becoming a partner with Ciucan & Associates, Emilia was for almost seven years an independent legal consultant for the Rompetrol group, being in the same time corporate lawyer for the companies of the group and The Rompetrol Group NV‘s Corporate Secretary. In this capacity, she has coordinated all projects the Rompetrol group was involved in financing, capital markets and M&A. Her experience also includes coordinating the major corporate matters for the companies in the Rompetrol group, being responsible for all corporate activity of The Rompetrol Group NV.
Before joining Rompetrol, Emilia was for two years legal advisor of former FINANSBANK ROMANIA SA and an associate lawyer with Calin Andrei Zamfirescu & Partners Law Firm, where she was involved in various projects in field such as banking, securities and stock exchange, privatization, corporate, fiscal projects including drafting legal regulations.
Emilia got her LL.B degree in 1998 from the “Nicolae Titulescu” Institute of Law and International Relations– Faculty of Law. She is fluent in English.

Claudiu Florea is a Partner in the company Ciucan and Associates, with experience of 8 years in areas such as corporate law, privatization, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and insolvency and reorganization.
Before becoming a collaborator in the company Ciucan and Associates, Claudiu has been for nearly three years legal adviser for the Rompetrol Group. In this capacity, Claudiu was involved in numerous administrative procedures, capital markets, real estate acquisitions mainly related to the development of downstream activities (fuel stations, warehouses, etc.) as well in the negotiation of a large number of contracts relating to the activity of the group. Claudiu was involved in initiating, organizing and implementing organizational structure of all member companies of the Rompetrol Group. Claudius was part of the team that implemented and supervised the post-privatization procedure of Petromidia and Vega Refineries, providing legal services. His experience also includes coordination of corporate projects for companies in the group Rompetrol also responsible with the team of which he was part for all corporate activities of the company Rompetrol Group NV (Netherlands).
Prior to working with Rompetrol, Claudiu was for one year a trainee lawyer in the "Nicolae Ionescu" individual law office, where he managed various litigation and took part in the negotiations and in drafting contracts, actions and demands.

Gabriel is an associated counsel in the company Ciucan and Associates and has an experience of more than ten years in litigious matters, he representing local and international clients before all law courts in Romania, as well as before any public authorities and institutions in Romania.
His field of expertise includes commercial law litigations, insolvency, debt recovery, executional law, consumer law, civil law, labor law and economic criminal law as well as in the sphere of administrative law, and through the causes managed by him he covered all the areas outlined above.
Prior to having his own law office, Gabriel Radulescu was for four years an associate counsel in the "Radu Catalin Dancu" Civil Law Firm, where he provided the Firm’s clients with legal assistance and representation in numerous disputes before the law courts in Romania.
Gabriel is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and of the Lawyers Union of Romania since 2004. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest. Gabriel also holds a Master Degree Diploma in Roman Civil Law issued by the University Titu Maiorescu.

Emilia graduated Faculty of Law and Administrative Science – “Ovidius” University of Constanta.
She began her activity as legal advisor position in a HORECA company between period of 1996-2007. In 2007 she become a member of Prahova BAR Association and Romania Lawyers Union.

Alexandru is a Junior Attorney in the company Ciucan and Associates, experienced in areas suchs as commercial and administrative law.
During his undergraduate studies he began working at ABC Juridic, the first student’s online law journal in Romania. He spent his acitivity mainly as editor and was concerned about public law matters and law students’ social environment. He worked as an intern in both public and private institutions, which allowed him to gain experience in public law, mergers and acqusitions and commercial law.
Since 2019, Alexandru is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and he now studies labour law, as well as working and industrial relations at the same institution.
In his spare time, Alexandru enjoys hiking and has a strong passion for historical studies. He is fluent in English.

Daniela is a Junior Attorney in the company Ciucan and Associates, with experience in areas such as corporate and commercial law.
Daniela is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and the Lawyers Union of Romania since december 2019, with a degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest obtained in the summer of 2018.
Daniela began her activity during her Faculty studies through the internship programs completed within public institutions as well as private institutions. During the summer of 2017, she worked as an intern for an important Romanian law firm, in the competition department. Before joining Ciucan and Associates’s team, she worked as a Paralegal at a company where she performed her activity both within the litigation department and the consulting department, beeing involved in various projects on commercial law and intellectual property.
Outside the office, Daniela enjoys travelling and is passionate about debating and outdoor activities.
